Shipping policy

 

Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: Standard Ground Shipping: 5–10 business days. Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (extra fees apply)
  • Canada: Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days. Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (extra fees apply)
  • Mexico: Standard Shipping: 10–21 business days. Express Shipping: 5–10 business days (extra fees apply)

Note: Delivery times may be extended for remote or non-continental regions. All shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Address Changes:

  • Requests to change shipping addresses must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order has entered the processing stage, address changes may no longer be possible.

P.O. Boxes:

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at orders@luna.fitness with your name and order number.

Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@luna.fitness immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
  • We will handle these claims on a case-by-case basis to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
