We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

Return process:

• - Contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
• All returns must be shipped in original, unused condition with original packaging and accessories.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
   

Restocking fee:

• Non-defective returns for PowerBlock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  
  

Shipping responsibility:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  
  

Defective Items:

Warranty:

• Certain products are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty.
• You must register eligible items with the manufacturer within 30 days of delivery.
