How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

 Do you ship internationally?

USA, Mexico and Canada only.

How long will it take until I receive my order?
  • Standard Ground Shipping takes 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping takes 2-5 business days
 Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
  • You can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting customer service at orders@luna.fitness with your order number and new address.
  • Address changes are subject to approval and potential additional fees.
  • No changes are allowed once an order enters processing, typically within 5-7 business days.
 How do I track my order?
  • When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Allow 48 hours for the tracking to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
  • No, we currently do not ship orders to P.O. boxes.
What is your return policy?
  • You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • 3% restocking fee applies, except for defective/incorrect items.
  • Items must be unused and in original packagin
How long does it take to receive a refund?
  • We process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Do you offer free shipping?
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination.
